Triple therapy may seem like the end of the line for patients with advanced COPD, however, there are other options that can profoundly affect a patient’s disease trajectory and quality of life. The first part of this webinar will discuss evidence-based treatments including pulmonary rehabilitation, long-term oxygen therapy, long-term non-invasive ventilation and lung volume reduction.

The second component of this webinar will focus on lung physiology testing, as a critical component in diagnosing respiratory diseases, and provide a brief overview of the lung physiology tests available at Dubbo Health Service and how to access them from primary care. The final component will address bronchiectasis, a common but underdiagnosed condition with significant morbidity. This talk will enable GPs to increase their identification of the condition and initiate
management.
