Provider Connect Australia™ (PCA™) is a key initiative from the Australian Digital Health Agency (the Agency), designed to help healthcare provider organisations keep their business details up-to-date in a single, centralised platform. Western NSW Primary Health Network (WNSW PHN) is partnering with PCA™ to improve data accuracy and enhance digital health interoperability within Australia’s healthcare system.
By adopting PCA™, healthcare providers can significantly reduce administrative burden and ensure their details are consistently accurate and easily accessible across various platforms.
Provider Connect Australia™ is a free service for healthcare providers that ensures business information such as opening hours, contact details, and healthcare services are up-to-date and automatically shared with relevant business partners and platforms. This streamlines the administrative process and eliminates the need for multiple updates across different platforms when your business details change.
Once registered, healthcare providers can publish their updated information directly to the National Health Services Directory’s Service Finder and WNSW PHN, making it easier for patients to find you and access your services.
This is the fastest way for healthcare providers to keep business partners and patients up-to-date with important business changes.
Healthcare providers who register in PCATM can publish their details directly to their PHN, and the National Health Services Directory’s Service Finder on the same day, making it easier for patients to find you.
