Residential aged care after-hours plans are vital for ensuring that appropriate care and support for residents and staff is available outside of regular business hours. Currently, WNSW PHN is partnering with MediCoach to offer support to develop an after-hours plan for Residential Aged Care facilities (RACFs) in our region.
MediCoach specialises in providing training solutions tailored to enhance the performance of healthcare teams, enabling them to broaden their expertise and capabilities, to improve health outcomes for the communities they operate in.Western NSWPHN has currently engaged MediCoach to work with the RAC staff, to support them to document and operationalize their local afterhours options.
