Western Health Alliance Limited Expands Membership
The Western NSW Primary Health Network’s (WNSW PHN’s) Strategic Plan outlines “collaboration” as a key value in achieving our goals. Forming strong partnerships allows us to better focus on our role in driving, supporting and strengthening primary healthcare in our region.
In a bid to increase, strengthen and diversify our partnerships, Western Health Alliance Limited (WHAL), the company operating WNSW PHN, recently extended invitations to several organisations in the western NSW region to join the company as members. Having received applications from several of the invited organisations, WHAL is pleased to announce that the following organisations were admitted as members in January 2017:
- NSW Farmers Association
- Country Women’s Association of NSW (CWA)
- Services for Australian Rural and Remote Allied Health (SARRAH)
These new members are in addition to the four founding members of the company: Marathon Health, Maari Ma Health, Bila Muuji Aboriginal Health Services and Far West NSW Medicare Local.
