Information about data collection and consent

All PHN mental health and suicide prevention services funded by the Department of Health are required to collect the Primary Mental Health Care Minimum Data Set (PMHC-MDS). This dataset improves the quality of services and allows the Department of Health to plan into the future. The PHN will collect this data on behalf of the Department of Health, however your consent to share this data with the Department of Health is optional.
