Specialist perinatal psychological support service available to any expectant and new parents who have a diagnosis of, or are at risk of developing, a perinatal mood or anxiety disorder. Support is also provided to people who have experienced a pregnancy or childbirth-related loss, such as stillbirth, miscarriage, or termination, within the last 12 months. Partners are also able to access the specialist services. Clients can receive up to ten free psychological counselling sessions within a calendar year.

This Way Up is a website developed by St Vincent’s Hospital psychologists and researchers at the University of NSW. They have programs for insomnia, anxiety and depression, managing stress and more. Many of the programs are free, and residents living in Western and Far West NSW are able to have the program fee of the paid courses waived by using the voucher code: WELLWEST

DESIGNED FOR

Men and women ages 16+ who have a low intensity mental health need, providing online access to 18 tailored programs for a range of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder and insomnia.
