headspace Outreach Program

The headspace Outreach Program (hOP) is a FREE and confidential, culturally informed support for young people aged 12-25 years who may not have access to a headspace centre. It aims to make it easier for you to access mental health support and connect to appropriate services.

This service is classified as a Level 2 and Level 3 service under the Stepped Care model. Learn more about the Stepped Care model and the Initial Assessment and Referral – Decision Support Tool here.

Designed for

hOP welcomes all cultures and identities, with a focus on First Nations people. It is tailored to the unique needs of each young person, and addresses your physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and social health. It will actively involve families and communities in care planning and delivery when appropriate.

Clinical supports are also available via headspace Dubbo, both via face-to-face appointments and telehealth.
