For the location of general practice training sites within the Western and Far West NSW region, please use the RACGP’s online tracker to discover the availability of training within our region. You can also search practices by incentive payments.

The Welcome Experience program provides vital support to healthcare workers relocating to Western NSW, helping you to integrate into your new community. Local Area Connectors assist with finding housing, childcare, education, and ensuring a smooth transition to your new role.
The Welcome Experience is designed to facilitate, attract, prepare and welcome key frontline workers to regional NSW. Local Area Connectors are available to connect you and your family with local people and local resources helping you settle in and feel at home in your new community.
