In partnership with Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations, this program provides culturally responsive social and emotional wellbeing services, including activities and workforce.

Social and emotional wellbeing (SEWB) is a holistic understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people’s health that centers a collective sense of self as defined by connections to body, mind and emotion, family, community, culture, Country, and spirituality.

Designed for

People 15 years and over living with or at high risk of developing two or more chronic diseases.
