Wellbeing wins in the Yoorana Gunya women’s group
The WNSW PHN is proud to support the work of the Yoorana Gunya Social and Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB) program in Forbes, with outreach to Cowra and Weddin. The SEWB program assists Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients to enhance their health and wellbeing through holistic and culturally appropriate care.

Western NSW PHN is proud to be a launch partner for Florence ” a new free app designed to support nurses across rural and regional Australia with their professional development and career journey.
Developed by the Australian Primary Health Care Nurses Association (APNA), Florence puts nurses in control of their CPD and growth, offering personalised recommendations, tracking tools, and career-building opportunities ” all in one platform.
MyMedicare updates and reminders
DoHAC are pleased to advise that the accreditation exemption for non-traditional practices choosing to participate in MyMedicare has been extended from 30 June 2025 until 31 December 2026.
