Strengthening opioid treatment access in Western and Far NSW
Healthcare professionals across Western and Far Western NSW are building their capability to support people with opioid dependence, following the successful delivery of the region’s first Opioid Treatment Accreditation Course (OTAC) in Dubbo.

All patients can receive a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan(GPCCMP) and eligible reviews from their usual GP.
Patients with chronic conditions can access CCM through their MyMedicare‑registered practice or usual GP, with registration supporting stronger continuity of care but not required.
