Support continues for older adults navigating the aged care system
Western New South Wales Primary Health Network (WNSW PHN) has confirmed that care finder services will continue across Western and Far West NSW, supported by a new $2.174 million Commonwealth-funded investment.

Improving ear health workforce capability in Western and Far West NSW
Last month, 15 health professionals from across Western and Far West NSW strengthened their skills in ear health assessment through EarTrain, a hands‑on, face‑to‑face training workshop in Dubbo and Broken Hill.

Patients can access chronic condition management (CCM) services through their MyMedicare practice, or if not registered, their usual GP.
