Presented by Dr James Brown, this session is designed to enhance GPs’ confidence in recognising the diverse symptoms associated with difficult and common gynaecological conditions: perimenopause, PMDD, PCOS and heavy periods. The session will cover the assessment, treatment and referral of these conditions in a practical and stepwise manner.
In addition, GPs will learn when and how to appropriately refer patients to the WNSWLHD Specialist Menopause Service for more complex care. This comprehensive update will support GPs in delivering holistic and informed care to women navigating challenging gynaecological presentations.
