This November, Far West Local Health District is raising awareness about Prostate Cancer by hosting an evening presentation from two visiting health professionals about living with and managing prostate cancer.
Darren Davey is a Men’s Health Physiotherapist and James Georgiou is a Consultant Pharmacist for Men’s Health Downunder, both from Adelaide.
Topics to be presented by Darren Davey - Men’s Health Physiotherapy:
- Prostate Cancer
- Bladder maintenance, pelvic floor function and male specific pelvic floor exercises.
- General exercise and benefits to overall health.
- R.E.S.E.T after prostate cancer (or any cancer diagnosis).

- Hormone therapy (ADT) – side effects/management
- Other urology conditions
