Head to Health Kids: General Practitioner consultation (Bathurst)

Western NSW Local Health District is establishing Head to Health Kids in Orange and Bathurst. Jointly funded by the Commonwealth and NSW Governments, Head to Health Kids will provide mental health wellbeing support to children up to the age of 12 and their families.
You are invited to help design Head to Health Kids to best meet the needs of local children and their families and anhance existing services.
