General practices and Aboriginal Medical Services (AMSs) across Western and Far West NSW are invited to express their interest in receiving a free GoShare licence to support targeted patient recalls, preventive health activities and community health campaigns.
Funded by WNSW PHN, the licences will enable participating practices and AMSs to identify eligible patients and deliver timely reminders, education and recall messages through a combination of SMS and AI-supported voice outreach.
Helping practices connect with the patients who need care
Reaching patients who are overdue for vaccinations, screening or chronic disease reviews can be challenging, particularly when practice teams are balancing competing priorities.
GoShare is an AI-powered patient recall platform that helps practices identify eligible patients and deliver tailored outreach.
The platform goes beyond traditional reminder systems by combining SMS communication with multilingual follow-up options for patients who do not engage with the initial message. Practices can control how many messages are sent, when they are delivered and whether recalls are staggered over days or weeks to help manage appointment demand.
The platform can support a wide range of recalls and health promotion activities, including COVID-19, influenza and pneumococcal vaccinations, cancer screening programs, Heart Health Checks, diabetes management, childhood immunisations and chronic disease care.
It’s simple, supported, flexible and low-burden for practices & AMSs
One of the key benefits of GoShare is that practices and AMSs do not need to manage the process alone.
The Healthily team provides guided support to help practices set up and run campaigns, with most recall activities able to be established in a single 30-minute session. Practice staff maintain control over patient selection, exclusions and final approval before messages are sent.
Campaigns can also be tailored to suit individual practice needs. Message timing, batch sizes and delivery schedules can be adjusted to help manage appointment demand and avoid overwhelming reception staff.
Benefits of GoShare
GoShare helps practices and AMSs take a proactive approach to patient care while reducing the administrative burden often associated with large-scale recall activities.
Participating services benefit from:
- A free licence and guided setup support from the Healthily team.
- Time-saving patient identification and recall processes.
- Flexible scheduling and batch sending to help manage appointment demand.
- Reporting and insights that can demonstrate outcomes and support quality improvement activities, accreditation requirements and population health management objectives.
- Evidence that targeted recall campaigns can drive stronger patient engagement and improved uptake of priority health services.
