It gives you, your doctors, specialists and any hospitals you use quick access to the details needed to provide you with safer, better-connected care.
My Health Record includes:

- Test results, including pathology and radiology resultss
- Hospital discharge summaries
- Vaccination records, allergies and adverse reactions

You can access My Health Record anytime, anywhere with the . This free app, developed by the Australian Digital Health Agency, puts your health information at your fingertips, helping you and your carers stay informed and in control of your health journey.
With the my health app, you can easily view:
- Your medicines history and scripts
- Pathology results, including COVID-19 test results
- Vaccination records and reminders for upcoming immunisations
- Allergies and reactions
- Hospital discharge summaries
- Advance care planning documents

It’s easy to start using the my health app and take control of your personal health information.
You will need:
- a myGov account linked to My Health Record and
- to have accessed My Health Record at least once through a web browser.
Note: If you already have a myGov account, you don’t need to create a new one. To learn how to link a myGov account to My Health Record, see Step 1 on this page.
Then follow these simple steps:
- Download my health from your app store. Search for “my health gov” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Open the app, select Get Started and follow the prompts.
