Phase 2a (Diabetes & Endocrinology, General Paediatrics, Maternity, General Gynaecology, Gynaecological Oncology and Menopause) SRC have now been approved and circulated to key stakeholders, marking an important step toward go‑live from Monday 23 March. Pre‑implementation activities have progressed, including several capability uplift engagement sessions to support Districts and Networks with operationalising the change.

Phase 2b activities have also advanced, with draft SRC for Cardiology, Nephrology (Renal) and Respiratory & Sleep Medicine now produced and available for wider consultation. The consultation period is open until Friday 6 March.

Please contact MOH-Outpatients@health.nsw.gov.au if you would like to review the draft Phase 2b SRC.

What’s coming up…

  • Transition into Phase 2a implementation activities, providing support to Districts and Networks in preparation for local go-live
  • Refinement of the Phase 2b SRCs following wider consultation, incorporating feedback in preparation for the next phase of review and endorsement processes
