Medicare Mental Health Centres offer free and confidential mental health support for people aged 18 and over in a welcoming space.

  • No appointment, referral or Medicare card needed
  • Immediate support for people in distress, their families and carers
  • Staffed by experienced mental health professionals and people with lived experience

Note: Medicare Mental Health Centres are not a crisis service. If you need urgent help, call Triple Zero (000) or reach out to a crisis support service.
