Western NSW Health Authorities Launch Community Wellbeing Survey

The Western NSW Primary Health Network (WNSWPHN) has partnered with the Western NSW Local Health District (WNSWLHD) and Far West Local Health District (FWLHD) on a community survey to better understand community health needs.

All Western NSW residents are invited to participate in a survey, which is aimed at improving the health and wellbeing of communities in the region.

The survey seeks input from individuals aged 16 years and older and will gather valuable insights to guide future health initiatives and projects.

The data collected will inform efforts to enhance the quality of life and access to healthcare services across Western NSW.

Residents are encouraged to give ten minutes of their time to share their experiences and perspectives on health in our region. Your input will play a crucial role in shaping the projects and services we develop to better support our community’s wellbeing.

The survey is running until the end of April and “ residents can do the survey online.

If you have any questions or want to learn more about the project, contact WNSWLHD-Community@health.nsw.gov.au
