Western NSW Primary Health Network (WNSW PHN) is committed to supporting local communities by providing targeted health service and GP grants. Through our primary care grants program, we aim to support initiatives that address local health priorities, strengthen primary health care services, and improve health and wellbeing across the WNSW PHN region.

Whether you’re a health provider, community organisation or not-for-profit, our health services and GP grants program offers opportunities to bring your community health initiatives to life. From tackling chronic disease to improving mental health or supporting Aboriginal health services, our funding helps deliver real, lasting outcomes for the people of Western and Far West NSW.
