Understanding Trust in Integrated Care Through the Lived Experiences of Motor Neurone Disease (MND)

Print

Using motor neurone disease as the central case, this webinar will explore trust in situations where needs can change rapidly, time is precious and care must be coordinated across multiple professionals and services. Participants will examine how trust can be built quickly enough to support timely decision-making, changing needs and continued engagement with care.

Participants will explore:

  • what trust means within a care relationship;
  • what helps to build, test or erode trust in professionals and services;
  • how trust is experienced when needs are changing quickly;
  • how trust influences confidence, communication and engagement with care.
