It focuses on applying practical management strategies and strengthening multidisciplinary collaboration between GPs and RACH staff. The activity also covers local referral pathways and available supports, including WNSW LHD Older People’s Mental Health services, to enable timely, coordinated care.
In partnership with WNSW LHD Older Persons Mental Health Service, this session includes a Psycho geriatrician presentation followed by a panel discussion, with plenty of opportunity to hear practical, real‑world insights and connect with local clinicians.
