This educational activity will provide GPs with a comprehensive update on heart failure and atrial fibrillation (AF) management, incorporating the latest guidelines and evidence-based approaches. The session will cover advances in AF detection, risk stratification, anticoagulation strategies, rate and rhythm control, and the role of new therapeutic options.

Learning Outcomes
- Distinguish between different underlying aetiologies of heart failure syndromes
- Implement and monitor guideline-directed medical therapy for heart failure syndromes
- Select and monitor appropriate rate control and rhythm control strategies based on individual patient factors
- Implement current evidence-based guidelines for AF screening and diagnosis in primary care, including appropriate use of monitoring technologies
