Virtual education session – Lunch and learn

Digital health keeps changing and general practice is expected to keep up.

This fast paced 1-hour live webinar supports professional development for general practice staff by building confidence and capability in the practical use of key digital health technologies. 

Experienced Digital Health trainer Katrina Otto will explore embedded use of My Health Record, Secure Messaging, ePrescriptions and the Active Script List. 

You will gain an introductory understanding of how AI technologies are already being used in general practice to save time and improve efficiency.  The session focuses on real-world applications, supporting safer, more connected care and helping practices adapt confidently to ongoing digital and system change

Learning Outcomes

  • Embed use of My Health Record to access clinical documentation
  • Improve use of Secure Messaging to streamline efficiencies and reduce risk. 
  • Discuss current progress with electronic prescriptions and the Active Script List.
  • Understand how AI technologies are saving practices time and money.
