The Western NSW Primary Health Network is running a summer campaign to promote the Medicare Mental Health phone line service and our walk in services in Bathurst and Dubbo.

The Medicare Mental Health Phone Service offers a free and confidential first step for advice, guidance, and connection to local services.

The campaign, which will run across the summer period, aims to reach people in our community seeking support who are unsure where to start.

The message is simple: anyone in Australia can call 1800 595 212 for free, tailored support for mental health and social and emotional wellbeing.

You can call the phone service between 8:30am to 5:00pm weekdays (excluding public holidays).

Whether you are seeking help for yourself, looking for guidance, or looking out for someone you care about, support is available.

If you are not yet ready to seek support, check out the Medicare Mental Health website for tools you can use to support yourself.
