With Sublocade scheduled to exit the Australian market in December 2026, clinicians need to prepare for the safe transition of patients to alternative treatment options. This expert-led webinar will explore the clinical and operational implications of Sublocade’s discontinuation in NSW and provide practical guidance on key clinical considerations, patient transition planning, and strategies to maintain safe, effective, and uninterrupted continuity of care.

The webinars will be recorded and be made available on the OTEP website alongside relevant resources related to the topic. Whilst primarily aimed towards prescribers of OAT, we welcome other health professionals, including those in nursing and pharmacy, to join us in the conversation.
