- Understand what palliative care is and how to access it
- Local support services available with a member from your local health district
Everyone of all ages is welcome! Active retirees, if you have ageing parents and you need to start thinking about the supports available for them, if you have a serious illness or are currently caring for someone with a serious illness or if you just want to be better informed to manage this stage of your life.
