WNSW PHN Innovation Plan

The Western NSW PHN is committed to innovation in General Practice, Aboriginal Medical Services and Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations in Western NSW.

The need for primary care hubs to be high performing and adaptable to changes in Medicare funding and the demographics of rural communities is our concern, and to this end we are focusing all available innovation resources on enabling all primary care centres to have the tools to do this.

Our aim is to assist your primary care team to lay the foundational building blocks that are essential towards being high performing primary care with the use of LEAN thinking as a methodology for business improvement.

Registration of Interest for Participation in the WNSW PHN Innovation Plan is now open.

For full details, including the requirements for participation and FAQs, download the flyer.
