Aged care is a central focus of the Western NSW Primary Health Network. Our efforts are dedicated to enhancing access to health services for everyone in aged care facilities across the western and far west regions of NSW.

To achieve our goal we consider the health, social, and functional needs of our community in every aspect of our aged care programs and services, from initial planning and design to final commissioning.
