The WNSW PHN is pleased to partner with AGPAL to deliver a general practice, AMS and ACCHO focussed virtual education series to support you and your team’s progress towards higher performing primary care, including innovation and change management, culturally safe service delivery and responsive patient-centred care.

With over 25 years’ experience in general practice accreditation, AGPAL has unique insight and in-depth knowledge into the applicability of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) Standards for general practices and other standards. To assist general practices in preparing for accreditation, topics discussed could include:

  • CQI

Stacy Kambouris

General Manager of Education and Innovation, AGPAL

Stacy is an experienced QIP Assessor and Registered Nurse with over 25 years of health sector experience. He has worked with organisations across the entire Australian healthcare continuum including Aboriginal Medical Services and general practices. Stacy has a deep working knowledge in applying both the RACGP and NSQHS Standards, allowing him to assist healthcare providers in improving patient safety and quality of care while achieving and maintaining accreditation through regular auditing and quality improvement frameworks.
