On Friday May 27 the AMA (NSW) Workplace Relations Team are holding a Practice Managers Masterclass. The Masterclass has been well-received by attendees in Sydney and we are delighted to offer a face-to-face session in Dubbo. Some of the topics that will be covered include: recruiting staff, managing performance, managing terminations and unfair dismissal claims, difficult conversations with staff and patients, billing, and medico-legal risk management.
The Practice Managers Masterclass will be held from 9:00am-4:00pm at Lazy River Estate at a cost of $100 for practice staff of AMA (NSW) members and $250 for non-members.
