Climate change is a major health threat, indeed it has been described as the greatest threat to human health for this century. This activity introduces general practitioners to the health effects of climate change. It outlines how anthropogenic global warming is changing our climate and how this change then effects human health.

It looks at opportunities for GPs for adaptation and mitigation of the climate crisis, focusing on what we can do regarding our patients, our practices, our communities, and ourselves.
