Value-based health care approaches can be applied across the operations of health care systems and providers. In this seminar, Jennifer will discuss the strategy and benefits of transitioning procurement to value-based approaches with a focus on the experience of MedTech Europe on working with suppliers and buyers to shift to value-based procurement.
Jennifer Clawson
Jennifer is the Global Leader of BCG's value-based health care program, working with clients across all sectors of the industry.
Jennifer works with clients to create new value-based business models and evaluate strategic opportunities to improve health outcomes. She is a global leader in value-based procurement, particularly MedTech, as a key lever to improve the quality of care and the financial sustainability of providers and health care systems.
Jennifer also played a key role in the establishment of ICHOM (the International Consortium for Health Outcomes Measurement).
Prior to joining BCG, Jennifer was a vice president at J.P. Morgan, where she worked on the futures brokerage business and the investment banking business.
